Housekeeping was absent throughout much of my stay.

The staff was generally friendly, and I appreciated the laundry facilities available, which made things easier during my visit. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, like a slightly outdated room vibe and lingering odors that weren't the most pleasant.

The room was clean, making my week-long trip much more enjoyable.
Check-in was a harrowing experience, with no staff at the reception when I arrived at 1:30 a.m. After an hour of trying to call for help, an unfriendly employee finally came down, clearly upset. She blamed me for her tardiness and even falsely accused me of wrongdoing, which escalated into a distressing situation with the police. It was hard to believe how poorly the situation was handled, leaving me feeling abandoned and frustrated.

i really enjoyed my stay, especially how everything was just a few steps away from delicious restaurants, like ichiban steakhouse and big shot bob's house of wings, making it so convenient for my weekend explorations.

If you're a fan of big flavors, stop by Ichiban Steakhouse and treat yourself to some sizzling delicacies. Plus, despite the hiccups, the beds were pretty comfy, and the place was clean, so I got a decent night’s rest.
Now, let’s chat about check-in—arriving at 1:30 a.m. and dealing with an unresponsive reception was a real headache. Trying to get help over the phone is a wild ride, especially when the staff seems more interested in snoozing than serving. Talk about a bummer!

Just a nice choice for a swift stopover in Cranberry Township with very good value for money. I appreciated the laundry facilities, which made it easy to get my clothes clean during the stay. Bring your own coffee if you need a morning fix, as there’s none provided in the hotel.

missingWrote a review on Jun 29bland roomoutdated decor
I stayed in a Standard Queen Room, Non-Smoking for one night. Honestly, it didn't do much for me. The room was pretty basic and felt a bit outdated. I didn’t notice anything that popped or stood out at all, felt a bit bland. Definitely not the coziest vibe overall, just a place to crash for the night.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11helpful staffconvenient locationoutdated roomcleanliness issuesabsence of coffee
The front desk staff were friendly, making my check-in experience pleasant despite having to wait a bit for assistance. The convenient location made it easy to access nearby attractions quickly. However, the room could use some modernization, as it felt outdated and lacked charm. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall comfort during the stay. The absence of coffee in the room was a bit disappointing as well.

missingWrote a review on May 14spacious roomlaundry facilitiespoor cleanliness
The room featured a decent layout, especially with the two queen beds offering ample space for families. Laundry facilities on-site provided a solid option for anyone needing to wash clothes during their stay, making longer visits a bit easier to handle.
Check-in left a lot to be desired, with rooms not ready until 4:30 PM and cleaners still mopping the floors. The overall cleanliness was questionable. I found dead bugs on the floor along with some mold along the baseboards and dirty walls. Additionally, the hallways had a persistent smell of smoke, which didn’t enhance the experience at all.

Family with children Friendly stay
We had a decent week's stay, the staff were helpful and we got fresh towels every day. The little kitchen helped us save money by cooking instead of eating out!
It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it felt acceptable.
